The existing building was demolished to create a great base for the new foundation. 148 piles, 360 m3 of digging followed by Low Energy Building construction using ICF system working closely with Thermohouse UK.
The house has been fitted with air-conditioning to all rooms, bespoke joinery, Sukkah roof and Shabbat switching system as well as heating controls based on Teletask.
