About Project
Refurbishment of existing mid-19th century four-storey terraced house, including fabric repairs, limited internal layout modifications, replacement of existing double height conservatory and lowering of lower ground floor level by 500mm. Replacement of existing (separate) shed to rear with a new single storey studio building. Re-grading rear garden to reduce the highest point at the rear by 300mm. Landscape design and implementation to the front and rear gardens.
