This project involved the conversion of a Grade II listed building, transforming it from an office into 19 residential self-contained flats.
Minor structural alterations were followed by a full-fit-out of the building, including drylining, M&E installation, bathroom and kitchen installation, as well as floor finishes using Kardean.
The largest challenge of the project was logistics. To combat this challenge we had to plan extremely carefully and in advance to ensure that the project met the expectations of our client. This involved risk mitigation and analysis of the potential logistical problems that could arise during the course of this project.
