About Project
Conversion and refurbishment of existing 5 – storey building creating 5 self-contained flats as well as building a new 2000 sq ft house instead of existing garage. Contemporarily and vibrant selection of materials and colours by an architect making this project stand out and nominated for architectural award.
Both concurrently run projects have been finished to a modern standard with clean lines and minimalistic looks. The main features of the fit-out have been concrete stairs and polished concrete floors to common and family areas and wood to bedrooms and external, creation of the lightwells and windows disguised by panels. Full roof, floor structure and M&E installation in addition to full waterproofing to existing lower ground floor and newly formed basement.
