This stunning property 3 – bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse in the heart of W2 area.
Our task was to refurbish the penthouse.
All the rooms have been fitted with bespoke joinery and feature lighting.
The walnut insert was used as a design element throughout the flat ensuring floor, door architrave and joinery will have this warm wood exposed to keep visual and aesthetic continuity.
This brief was particularly challenging as the challenge was to complete the project on a tight budget and time frame seeing as it was a project for a developer.
Nonetheless, we were able to successfully fill the requirements within budget and within a 4-month time period.
Finding the balance between budget and finishes was the most complex part.
